Dear Mammoth Ski/Snowboard Education Foundation Supporter,

Mammoth Ski/Snowboard Education Foundation would like to offer you this opportunity to help us support the Mammoth Mountain Ski and Snowboard Teams by purchasing a chair sponsorship for the 2006/2007 ski season! The cost is only $250.00!

The purchaser of the chair sticker will have their sticker personalized and placed on chair # 1, Broadway Express. The sticker will stay on the assigned chair until December 31, 2007. Please complete the form below and mail it with payment to:
